Dr. Zhou Zhipeng is a postdoctoral fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, supported by the JC STEM Early Career Research Fellowship for Translation and Application—an honor awarded to ten science and technology researchers across Hong Kong annually. He pioneered a new paradigm for solid oxide cells, enhancing their performance to meet the requirements for aerospace applications. These landmark results, published in Nature Energy, are regarded as a foundation for next-generation cell technology.
