One SciTech One Future Education Series
Over the past five years, the “One SciTech One Future Education Series” has been steadfastly pursuing its founding vision to develop Hong Kong’s local innovation and technology (I&T) ecosystem and bolster its reputation as an International Innovation and Technology Hub. The core mission is to strengthen the digital literacy of local underprivileged primary students, ensuring the next generation is equipped with the foundational skills to thrive in the digital future.
Through Code Art Classes – School Tour, it has brought hands-on programming and creative technology directly into classrooms; while public Code Art Exhibition and Workshop have broadened this impact, making SciTech accessible and engaging for families and the wider community. Local SciTech Tour offers participants an invaluable opportunity to step inside leading research institutions, experiencing how scientific research shapes our world and inspires the next generation of innovators. Hong Kong SciTech Pioneers Lecture Series features renowned speakers who share cutting-edge insights on critical topics from environmental conservation to educational technology and food innovation.
By inducing young generations to explore SciTech careers through these events, the series has successfully cultivated a more robust and inclusive pipeline of talent, actively shaping the future of Hong Kong’s I&T landscape.
在過去的五年中，「One SciTech One Future Education Series」一直致力於發展香港本地創科研生態系統，並鞏固其作為國際創新科技樞紐的聲譽。該計劃的核心使命是加強本地基層小學生的數碼素養，確保下一代具備在數碼化未來中茁壯成長的基礎技能。
透過「編程藝術課程—學校巡禮」，將實踐性的編程與創意科技帶入課堂；而面向公眾的「編程藝術展覽及工作坊」以互動形式拉近了市民與創新科技的距離，讓眾多家庭在輕鬆有趣的氛圍中認識科學。「本地創科研導賞團」為參與者提供了寶貴的機會，親身走進頂尖科研機構，體驗科學研究如何塑造世界。「香港創科研先驅講座系列」邀請了知名講者分享從環境保護到教育科技及食品創新等關鍵領域的前沿見解。
透過這些活動啟發年青一代探索科技發展方向，本系列計畫已成功為香港建立起更堅實多元的人才基礎，持續推動本地創科生態的蓬勃發展。
I. Code Art Classes - School Tour
For the past 5 years, Y-LOT has focused on primary schools located in underprivileged districts. We actively organized Code Art Classes to nurture the interest and potential of underprivileged students for the I&T industry.
By providing the latest out-of-school STEAM curriculum, these workshops have emphasized the interesting combination of Coding and Art, ignitng curiosity in the SciTech world of over 7,000 underprivileged students in 29 primary schools.
在過去的五年裡，Y-LOT 始終聚焦於基層地區小學。我們積極舉辦編程藝術課程，致力於培養基層學生對創新科技產業的興趣與潛能。
透過提供最新的校外 STEAM 課程，這些工作坊特別強調編程與藝術的有趣結合，激發來自 29 所小學、超過 7,000 名基層學生對創科研世界的好奇心。
II. Code Art Exhibition AND WORKSHOP
Our Code Art Exhibition is where creativity meets coding in a fusion of imagination and digital literacy. Visited by over 900,000 guests, the Code Art Exhibitions at the Central Market showcase the creative digital artworks created by primary students with Python and JavaScript.
Furthermore, Y-LOT has hosted free public workshops to inspire over 680 underprivileged children and their parents to unveil the mystery of Coding and Art.
我們在中環街市舉辦的「編程藝術展覽」是一個創意與編碼交匯、想像力與數位素養融合的舞台。展出來自小學生運用Python和JavaScript創作的創意數位藝術作品，累計已吸引超過90萬名訪客參觀。
此外，Y-LOT亦透過舉辦免費體驗工作坊，啟發了超過680名基層學童及其家長，與他們共同揭開程式設計與藝術的神秘面紗。
III. SciTech Tour
Y-LOT has successfully organized Local SciTech Tours, providing numerous underprivileged children with the opportunity to visit the HKUST “Fei Chi En Dream Team Open Lab”—a facility named after our Founder and Chairman. During these visits, the students observed firsthand the outstanding accomplishments of undergraduate teams who have excelled in international competitions.
Additionally, we have arranged a STEAM-focused tour to the Hong Kong Palace Museum, designed to encourage the integration of art and technology within STEAM education while nurturing their creative and innovative capabilities.
Y-LOT成功舉辦了多場本地創科參觀，讓眾多基層學童有機會參觀以我們創辦人兼主席命名的香港科技大學「費志恩夢想啟航基地」。在參觀過程中，學生們親眼見證了大學生團隊在國際競賽中取得的卓越成就。
此外，我們還為基層學童安排了「香港故宮文化博物館藝術鑒賞之旅」，旨在促進藝術與科技在STEAM教育中的融合，同時培養他們的創造力和創新能力。
IV. Hong Kong SciTech Pioneers Lecture Series
Walking into 19 primary and secondary schools located in underprivileged districts, Y-LOT’s Lecture Series aims to propel students’ career and life planning while elevating their academic aspirations in the STEAM field.
Y-LOT has invited various industry leaders, seasoned professionals, and startup entrepreneurs, including a Gold Medallist and a Silver Medallist at the 48th and 49th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva respectively, to share their stories of pursuing SciTech dreams, inspiring over 9,400 students to be the next SciTech pioneers!
Y-LOT的「香港創科研先驅講座系列」走進基層地區的19所中小學，旨在推動學生的生涯規劃，並提升他們在STEAM領域的學術志向。
我們邀請了多位業界領袖、資深專業人士及初創企業家，其中包括第48屆及第49屆日內瓦國際發明展的金獎與銀獎得主，分享他們追求科學科技夢想的歷程，激勵了超過9,400名學生成為下一代科創先鋒！
