Prof. Shan Guangcun is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the School of Instrumentation Science and Optoelectronic Engineering at Beihang University, a National Young Expert, and Vice Chair of the National Alliance for Emergency Technology. He develops smart marine radioactivity detectors with AI, underwater robotics, and functional materials. His innovations protect ocean ecosystems and coastal communities. He currently leads pilot-scale industrialization of these technologies.
