Dr. Felix Cheung is the Founder & CEO of IXON Food Technology Ltd. He holds a Plasma Physics PhD, an HKBU Food Science Master’s, and a combined Earth Science & Mathematics Bachelor’s. A former “Nature” editor (7 years) and science communicator for Commercial Radio Hong Kong (5 years), he commercializes advanced aseptic packaging technologies to decarbonize the global food supply chain.
